Sales & Customer Relations Manager

Purpose of the Job

Lead and manage all sales staff

Monitor tenders and upcoming jobs

Compile Monthly reports to management of sales achievements, planning, forecasts and strategies

Train and motivate all sales staff

Basic Education & Experience

A thorough background in computers is essential , with knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office ( Excel, Word, Outlook) along with strong administration skills.

A proven track record of and commitment to excellence in customer care

Proficient in database management, and statistics

Experience in the construction material supply industry

Thorough knowledge of the Port Elizabeth Construction Market

Knowledge of quarry materials, production methods, and construction materials (Advantageous)

Valid driver’s licence

Managerial Experience

Professional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Higher Education 
(Not essential)

National Diploma or Degree in one of the following will be an advantage:
